Cody Mason

Program Associate

Cody Mason is program associate with responsibilities including authoring original reports, assisting in research and advocacy efforts, and maintaining The Sentencing Project’s online presence.  He previously served as a research and operations intern with The Sentencing Project from fall 2010 to spring 2011.

Mason’s prior intern experiences include working on Capitol Hill in the offices of Senator Frank Lautenberg, Representative Bill Pascrell, and the House Committee on Homeland Security.  He has also worked with several nonprofits and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, Newark, New Jersey. He is a 2011 graduate of American University’s School of Public Affairs.
